Dad's Rock

1. Young Dads Project

This is 1:1 support for at risk young dads, aged 30 or under, who have an EH postcode. Working face to face and over the phone.

 

2. Playgroup

Sundays. 10am in the City Centre. Free, open to all Dads/Male carers and children aged 0-5 yrs, mostly outdoor at our venue.

 

3. Dads in the Wood

Saturdays. 10am at different locations around the city, free outdoor play for Dads and children aged 0-5yrs.

 

4. Music Lessons

Tuesday night. Starting at the end of August, For young people aged 7yrs+ and their family, come learn an instrument in small groups. Face to face and online.

 

5. Parenting Workshops

Varying evenings. Online, soon to be face to face also. Free service, A variety of parenting workshops, such as Antenatal for Dads, Sleep, Feeding, First Aid.

 

6. Perinatal Group

Wednesday night. Outdoor, free service, a fortnightly meet up for new and soon to be Dads in Craigmillar/Portobello.

 

7. Dads Buggy Walk

Wednesday morning, free service, open to all Dads and children aged 0-5yrs, we meed at Middle Meadow walk at 10:30am.
