Pilton Community Health Project

Our base is at the heart of the North Edinburgh community.

We are Scotland’s oldest heath project, and we have served the people of North Edinburgh since 1984. We support and enable local people to take steps to improve their own health.

The global pandemic has exacerbated health inequalities, and those most affected are the people that were already most disadvantaged in our city.

We are a small dedicated, flexible and creative team of volunteers, community development workers, and professional advisors who work closely with local people, families, and our partners in the voluntary and statutory sectors.

We offer a wide range of mental health, wellbeing, food, outdoor activities and volunteering support and initiatives for women, for men and for families – see our social media for what’s on right now.

We are community wellbeing partners with Civil Service Strollers Football Club.
